Wearing Heels With No Pain



You just crack on a new pair of shoes with heels but you already know that walking with it will be a real torture?

Do not worry here's a tip for wearing your high heels longer without having sore feet.

Place your feet under cold water for a few seconds, apply hand moisturizer slightly on damp feet and then put on your shoes.

The moisturizer keeps the humidity of water and form a lubricant against friction and pressure which are at the origin of the foot pain.

Do it in the morning before going out or even during the day (or evening).
