Make Homemade Natural Shampoo!!
If you have decided to go "no poo" or if you just want to give a break to your hair, check out these 7 natural shampoo recipes to do at home.
Baking soda: Mix 1 tbsp of baking soda in 200 ml of water. Wash your hair with this solution and massage for several minutes. This shampoo is always accompanied by rinsing with diluted apple cider vinegar in water (1 to 2 tablespoons cider vinegar in a glass of water).
Rhasul: Prepare a mask with ghassoul (a thick paste) by diluting in rose water or geranium. Apply, massage and leave on for a few minutes for hair that exude cleanliness.
Henna: Mix 3 tbsp of honey with a green tea infusion. Apply to hair and massage gently, leave for a few minutes then rinse well and while brushing your hair to remove particles.
Rye flour: Mix 3 tablespoons of rye flour with warm water. Apply the paste on the hair and massage gently and then rinse with warm water.
Honey and Aloe Vera: Mix 2 tablespoons honey with 60ml of aloe vera gel in a blender. Apply to wet hair, massage and leave for a few minutes and rinse. Your hair will be hydrated and clean.
Egg: Beat an egg yolk in a bowl and add water, mix and apply on your hair and massage gently. Leave on for a few minutes then rinse.
Castile Soap: Mix 60 ml of liquid castile soap with 60 ml of water and a few drops of the essential oil of your choice. Wash your hair the same way with your old shampoo then rinse.
Follow these homemade shampoo with cider vinegar rinse or lemon juice diluted with water or herbal infusions.
